How much money will I receive?
Our payments are based on weight and carat percentage. After we examine and weigh the items you send us we can tell how much your payment will be. Remember that the price you receive will be less that the retail price you paid. Retail jewelry has one of the highest mark up in prices of any industry.

What if I am not satisfied with the amount I receive?
Just let us know within 10 days of receiving your check that you are not satisfied and return the check to us. Upon receipt of the check we will return your items.

What if my items are lost in shipment?
